In 2016 the adults of AirDance New Mexico produced a show sporting masks and another all about Shakespeare. (Yeah, that guy!) Now they're looking at great visual artists for inspiration and the effect of pentimento, when newer layers of paint fade or peel away to reveal an older painting underneath. Oooh, such rich metaphor! More information coming in March.

Meanwhile, take a gander at this highlight reel of AirDance New Mexico's 2016 critically acclaimed shows. Videography by Aaron Hendren. Editing by Joanna Furgal. Music by the Venus Rings under the direction of Monica Demarco.
